IoT Sales Manager

Full-time after under certain conditions

Nextep Technologies designs, implements and integrates IoT systems using the latest technologies in the areas of industry, telemetry and data integration and interpretation. The team of electronics and IT engineers has extensive competence in the design, implementation and deployment of advanced technologies. We work with international customers and introduce our solutions in Poland and abroad.

We are currently looking for a person to work as IoT Sales Manager. Permanent work, consisting of market analysis, co-creation and development of products, followed by their promotion and sales.

Tasks

  • Development and implementation of sales strategy for IoT products and services in heat and electricity distribution, services and industry,
  • Lead of product development by building business relationships, analysing market trends and emerging customer needs,
  • Cost and performance analysis, planning and execution of the company’s sales budget,
  • Building and leading the sales team, a network of partners, monitoring sales effectiveness and customer retention activities,
  • Close cooperation with the technical team and business customers.

Competences required

  • Min. 5 years of experience in building relationships and generating sales in the new technology industry, in relations with B2B customers, at the strategic level,
  • Ability to create realistic business plans, awareness of cost-margin relations, knowledge of sales models,
  • High competences within the framework of maintaining relations with Clients – understanding of the business, strategic objectives pursued by the Client, ability to show the Client the perspective of benefits from mutual cooperation,
  • Advanced knowledge of English (min. B2),
  • The attitude to challenges, willingness to act and develop, sense of humor 😉
  • Ergonomics and detail in software development,
  • Disposition and commitment to teamwork,
  • Flexibility, independence and the ability to organise own work.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of modern IT, electronics and telecommunications technologies,
  • Technical, engineering background and education,
  • Own car.
